No. The editor runs in your browser with nothing to install, and it comes with ready-made templates, Arabic fonts, and elements you can drag onto the product. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use it.

Yes. Upload an image from your device, place it on the product, then move and resize it however you like. For a good print, the image should be high resolution (300 DPI at the size you are printing), and the editor warns you if it is smaller than it should be.

One piece. We print after you order, so there are no minimums and no stock.

If the order is still "under review", contact us immediately and we will change it. Once it enters production the design has physically been printed and changes are no longer possible.

Yes. Your design is yours, and we use it only to fulfil your order. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it in marketing without your permission.

Yes. We compute the print area and dimensions on the real product, and text is measured in the exact font you chose. The preview is not an approximate mockup.

With proper washing (turn the garment inside out, cold water, no bleach, iron from the back) the print holds up for many seasons. Any printing defect on our side is covered by the guarantee.

They come very close, but not a 100% match, because screens emit light while printing puts ink on fabric. A slight shade difference is normal and is not counted as a manufacturing defect.

Photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the defect is in manufacturing or printing, or you received the wrong item, we replace it or refund you in full, with shipping on us.

Processing takes 1 to 4 business days depending on the product, and shipping takes 2 to 8 business days depending on the governorate. All windows are detailed on the Shipping Policy page.

Yes, to every governorate. Shipping outside Egypt is not available yet and we are working on it.

It is calculated from your address and shown at checkout before you confirm. Shipping is free on orders of EGP 1,500 and above.

Yes. As soon as the order ships we send you the waybill number and a tracking link, and you can check the order status any time from the "My Orders" page in your account.

Visa, Mastercard and mobile wallets through Paymob, plus cash on delivery in every Egyptian governorate with an EGP 20 collection fee.

Yes. Payment happens directly on Paymob's secure page, and we never see or store any card data on our servers.

No. The total you see at checkout covers the product price, shipping and any fees. Nothing appears later.

Custom products are not returnable for a change of mind, because they were made specifically for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. But if there is a manufacturing or printing defect, or you received the wrong item, you have a full right to return and refund.

After we receive and inspect the product, the refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

Yes, as long as the order has not entered production. Once printing starts, cancellation is not available for custom products.

Apply from the "Join as Creator" page. Once we review your work we open a designer account for you where you can upload your designs and publish them on products.

You take a share on every sale of your design. Earnings are recorded in the wallet in your account as they happen, and you can request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum.

No. Publishing is completely free. We carry production, shipping and customer service, and you focus on designing.
